Terms and Conditions

Thank you for using Jittr!
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) made between you and Clipr Group LLC, concerning your access to and use of the Jittr mobile and web application (the “Application”).
By accessing the Application, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE APPLICATION AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Application from time to time also form part of these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications at any time and for any reason.
1. eSIM Service
Jittr sells prepaid eSIM with data service plans based on eSIM technology (the “Service”).
Jittr may be reselling the Service through a Partner or an Agent.
2. Terms of Service
2.1 Registration
- Customers may only register for the service through the Jittr App
- Customers must provide their verifiable email address to register.
- Customers must accept the General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy to register.
2.2 Purchase and Activation
- Jittr may restrict plan availability by country.
- By purchasing the Service, customers acknowledge they have an unlocked, eSIM-compatible device.
- Customers must download the eSIM onto their device for data plans to work.
- Downloading and activation may require a stable internet connection.
2.3 Duration and Termination
- Service starts immediately after the eSIM is downloaded, installed, and makes the first successful network connection in the region for which the eSIM is assigned to.
- Service duration = plan duration.
- Service ends on full data consumption or expiry of duration, whichever comes first. Service may be topped up on compatible plans.
- Jittr may suspend the Customer’s use of Service in case of breach.
2.4 Engagement
- Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- Jittr partners with Maya Mobile and RedteaMobile. Customers agree to comply with partner Terms and Conditions.
- Availability of Service depends on our partners’ ability to maintain network capacity.
2.5 Customer Obligations
Customers agree to:
- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws.
- Provide true, accurate registration details and keep them updated.
- Keep account credentials confidential.
- Use the Service for personal consumption only.
- Not engage in illegal, fraudulent, or abusive use.
- Not exploit credits, promotions, or referrals unfairly.
- Accept that Jittr may suspend service in case of violation.
3. Payment Terms
- Customers may register and buy eSIMs on Jittr App.
- All eSIMs are prepaid.
- Prices are inclusive of indirect taxes (unless specified).
4. Returns and Refunds
- Customers are charged at purchase.
- Refunds can be requested before activation or if there is a known technical issue caused by Jittr.
- Complaints may be submitted via the Help Center or by emailing support@jittr.app.
5. Governing Law
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of Maryland, USA.
- Customers may also be subject to local laws.
- Jittr does not collect personal information to comply with regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
- All source code, databases, software, designs, text, and graphics are owned by Jittr or licensed to us.
- Users are granted a limited license for personal, non-commercial use.
7. Privacy Policy
- By using the Application, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
- The Application is hosted in the United States.
- Personal data may be disclosed if required by law.
8. Guidelines for Reviews
Reviews must:
- Reflect firsthand experience.
- Avoid profanity, hate speech, discrimination, or references to illegal activity.
- Not be misleading or false.
- Not be affiliated with competitors when posting negative reviews.
Jittr reserves the right to accept, reject, or remove reviews.
9. Application License
9.1 Use License
You may not:
- Reverse engineer or decompile the Application.
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works.
- Remove copyright/trademark notices.
- Use the Application for unauthorized commercial purposes.
9.2 Apple and Android Devices
- The license is non-transferable and limited to your devices.
- App Distributors (Apple/Google) are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
10. Social Media
- Users may link their accounts with third-party services.
- Jittr may access and store social content as permitted.
- Relationship with third-party providers is governed by their terms.
11. Submissions
- Any feedback or ideas (“Submissions”) become the sole property of Jittr.
- Jittr may use them freely without compensation.
12. App Management
Jittr reserves the right to:
- Monitor for violations.
- Take legal action if laws or Terms are violated.
- Remove or restrict excessive or inappropriate content.
